Encyclopedic. A very thorough effort and a must have if you are into the Soviet armed forces during ww 2. My favorite part was the revealing and concise information about the Soviet Sapper armies i've had so much difficulty finding sources on. The beauty of it , is that Mr. Glantz does an excellent job footnoting and providing an excellent bibliography of sources that some of us normally have to dig for.
