Rates this book:

An excellent detailed account of the campaign in the low countries and France in May and June of 1940. Extremely well illustrated with period as well as comtemporary photographs, maps, and personal accounts of the campaign. As with all "Then and Now" books, the photographic history is very dramatic, comparing the change between 1940 and now. The personal accounts also complement the overall text. It should be noted that the Author's Father was actually involved in the campaign as a French soldier.ench soldier.
