This is the best book you can buy on naval weapons of World War Two. I have read that before he died, John Campbell had amassed a huge amount of data for World War One naval weapons. If it is ever put together and published I would be happy to purchase it if it is anything like NAVAL WEAPONS OF WORLD WAR TWO. It would make a fine companion book.Clyde Bigelow

This publication is one of those rare books that covers its' subject in such a comprehensive and well written manner that it is hard to imagine any future publication that will surpass it. For those interested in naval weaponry of WW2, recommended with no reservation.
