Rates this book: 3 star

this book though published early after WWII, is quite informative about canadian navy's participation in sea battles of WWII.The scope of information is limited to information obtained at the time. It does give a general view of canada's participation and should not be taken as a definite history, but a very good addition to Gilbert Tucker's "WAR AT SEA" books and a stepping stone to the recently released book "NO HIGHER PURPOSE" and the forthcoming "BLUE WATER NAVY" that with more in depth research as well as more documentation available, make them more precise and informative.
