The Fine Print
Designed for tours that will last at least a week; more difficult and less accurate for shorter tours.
Include or exclude expenses, such as cost of bike, as you see fit.
Enter digits (0-9) and (optionally) periods only; no letters, commas, or other characters.
Decimals (such as 1.5 or .25) are fine.
If the tour goes through areas with wide variance in costs (such as western Europe and central Asia) you might want to calculate separately for different segments.
Accommodation calculations include night before first day or night after last day, but not both.
Due to rounding, numbers will not always reconcile precisely.
Garbage in = Garbage out.
